This was a part of my creative writing class. The task was to write a story based on my sharpest memory. My sharpest memory was the day my stepdad was put into the care of a hospice team. This creative writing sample details a very difficult time in my life. It took courage to share my raw and uncut memory. I believe this is one of my best pieces.
